YUNYAN Single component SBS rubber waterproof coating is based on styrene - butadiene - styrene copolymer thermoplastic elastomer (SBS) as modifying agent, modified high quality asphalt, and add a variety of rubber, synthetic resin, surface active agent, emulsifying agent, fungicide, and other auxiliary materials, by the special equipment for refined and become a kind of high elastic quality waterproof coating .

4. Especially suitable for complicated structure, easy to deformation and cracking of special-shaped parts waterproof.

Key points of construction

1. Base treatment: for dry moisture content (< 8%), strong, smooth, clean, no dust, no pollution; The internal and external should make the circular arc form, node location to handle in advance;
2. Render coating: for convenience of construction and ensure the quality of coating, use special treatment agent at the base plane to uniform coating, you can paint construction  after being dried (about 6 to 8 h).
3. Coating construction: brush paint equably on the base with a rubber scraper or brush paint, This product coating is usually divided into three times, each time of the coating is about 0.5 mm thick; you can be on to the next coating construction after the first coating dry(6-8 h) ;
4. Do isolation layer: after the coating dry(3 d), put a layer of non-woven or glass fiber cloth on its surface  for isolation layer (30-50 g / );
5. The reference usage: paint - 2.3 ~ 2.5 kg / (thickness of 1.5 mm); Base plane treatment - 0.2 kg / .

Attention

1. Coating with precipitation, belongs to the normal situation, when use should be along with stirring;
2. The construction temperature should be above 5 , ensure that the air flow smoothly when construction ;
3. In case of coating process, there is foaming, should use a needle to impale bubble within half an hour. The coating of its unique self-healing ability, will not affect the coating quality.
4. The construction process, coating should avoid contact with dimethyl benzene, gasoline and other organic solvents.

Storage and packing

1. This product should be stored in indoor and ventilated places, and away from the fire source;
2. This product is a non-dangerous goods, transportation safety;
3. Product storage period is 6 months;
4. Product packaging can be divided into 5 kg / 15 kg / 50 kg/drum.
